EPA Miss Wheeldon 10.07.20

Hi Year 3! Welcome to Friday’s learning. I hope you have had a good week and enjoyed your learning. Today we have some maths, reading and a story for you.

Maths

Today in maths we are focussing on the 8 times tables. By the end of Year 3, we should be confident in our 3s, 4s, and 8s. 8s can be tricky to remember. This link here has lots of activities to build your confidence.

This links to a memory style game where you need to remember what is underneath each tile, and match up the number sentence to the correct answer.

If you are really not confident – saying or singing them out loud really helps you remember them. Watch the video below and join in.
